Reservations and Payment

What payment options are available?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Online reservations are processed securely through our booking portal.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the course begins. For last-minute cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee. Please contact us directly for details.

Who are these courses intended for?

We offer courses for all age groups and skill levels—from beginners to advanced riders. When you book, we'll be happy to help you find the right level.

At what age can children participate?

Our children's courses are available for children ages 3 and up. For the youngest children, we offer a playful introduction to the world of skiing.

What is the difference between group and private lessons?

In group classes, you’ll learn alongside other participants at a similar level. Private lessons offer personalized instruction—at your own pace and tailored to your personal goals.
